1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Hideaway Resort Kanha ("the Resort"), located at Devri Uttar, near Mukki Gate, Kanha National Park, Madhya Pradesh, India. By making a reservation or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Reservations & Booking
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Resort.
- A valid booking reference number will be issued upon successful reservation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal information including full name, email address, phone number, and address at the time of booking.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only after full payment or advance payment as applicable.
- The Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government directives.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 Noon
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
4. Tariff & Pricing
- All published tariffs are per night, per room, and are exclusive of applicable GST.
- GST will be charged as per Government of India norms.
- Tariff may vary during peak season, festive periods, and long weekends.
- Extra adult accommodation is chargeable and includes mattress and meals.
- The tariff includes: Welcome Drink on Arrival, and Evening Hi-Tea with Snacks.
5. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway.
- We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.
- All transactions are encrypted and secured using industry-standard protocols.
- A payment receipt will be sent to the registered email address upon successful payment.
- The Resort is not responsible for any payment failures arising from third-party payment gateway issues or banking network disruptions.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Free cancellation: Up to 7 days prior to the check-in date — full refund.
- Within 7 days: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
- Within 48 hours: No refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No-show bookings will not be eligible for any refund.

7. Safari Booking
- Safari bookings into Kanha National Park are subject to availability and are managed by the Forest Department, Government of India.
- The Resort provides safari booking assistance at additional charges.
- Safari zones include Kanha, Mukki, and Kisli. Zone allocation is at the discretion of the Forest Department.
- The Resort is not liable for cancellation of safaris due to weather conditions, park closure, or Forest Department decisions.
- Guests must carry valid photo ID for safari entry.
8. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment of the Resort.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Consumption of alcohol is restricted to the Resort premises.
- Loud music, fireworks, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables. The Resort shall not be liable for any loss or theft.
- Any damage to Resort property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest.
9. Wildlife & Nature
- The Resort is located in a natural wildlife area. Guests may encounter wildlife on the property. The Resort takes all reasonable precautions for guest safety.
- Guests are advised not to feed, disturb, or provoke wildlife.
- Littering in and around the Resort premises and the National Park is strictly prohibited.
10. Liability
- The Resort shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from the guest's stay or participation in activities, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the Resort.
- The Resort is not responsible for disruptions in services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government directives.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hideaway Resort website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Hideaway Resort and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.
